nmrML: An open vendor-neutral data exchange format for NMR metabolomics

Monday 11th December, 11.30 – 12.00

Dr Daniel Schober from Leibniz Institute of Plant Biochemistry, Germany, will be presenting a talk on nmrML as data exchange format for NMR metabolomics.


Metabolomics in the Cloud: Scaling Computational Tools to Big Data, 

Tuesday 12th December, 11.30 – 12.00

Dr Tim Ebbels from Imperial College London, UK, will talk on how a typical analysis may benefit from up-scaling to a cloud solution using conventional tools such as BATMAN.


Advancing metabolomics towards regulatory applications in human and environmental toxicology

Wednesday 13th December, 13.45 – 14.15

Prof. Mark Viant (key note speaker) from University of Birmingham, UK will talk about metabolomics in humans and environmental toxicology
