PhenoMeNal public docker registry is live

Home  /  All  /  PhenoMeNal public docker registry is live

We are pleased to announce the availability of our phenomenal docker registry at https://docker-registry.phenomenal-h2020.eu/. This is of course intended for machines, so this is where you point your docker command line to retrieve a docker image. This registry holds all the docker images built through our continuous integration server at https://phenomenal-h2020.eu/jenkins/. So for instance, to pull the MetFrag CLI docker image, you would use the following command on your docker:

docker pull docker-registry.phenomenal-h2020.eu/phnmnl/metfrag-cli:latest

this would bring the PhenoMeNal-developed docker image for MetFrag (command line) to your machine. Pulling doesn’t require a password. Pushing to this registry requires credentials and is only allowed from the PhenoMeNal continuous integration server currently.

If you are testing PhenoMeNal images for use with container orchestration platforms, like Kubernetes or Mesos/Chronos, your request looks like this:

containers:
- name: metfrag-cli
image: docker-registry.phenomenal-h2020.eu/phnmnl/metfrag-cli:latest
command:...
